We just needed a quick escape but were met with the worst check-in experience.

The room was brand new and very comfortable. The friendly housekeeper popped by to make sure we had everything we needed. Relaxing by the pool and enjoying the cozy atmosphere was a highlight of our stay. A minor issue was that the towels could have been fluffier, but it didn’t spoil the fun! 😊

Great staff and a clean room

I enjoyed my 7-night stay in a Standard Queen Room, Non-Smoking. The hospitality from the front desk and cleaning staff was exceptional, always helpful and eager to make my stay better. Plus, the location made it easy to explore Naples, and I appreciated the clean and comfortable room, which was perfect for resting after a day of activities. However, the elevator was out of service for much of my visit, which was inconvenient at times.
